Dampak Buruk Begadang Bagi Tubuh dan Psikis

Ditengah padatnya aktivitas dan deadline tugas, banyak mahasiswa yang melewatkan jam tidur demi tugas kuliah hingga sekedar hiburan. Hal ini tidak akan menimbulkan masalah kesehatan jika hanya dilakukan sesekali. Namun, tahukah kamu??

Jika memiliki kebiasaan begadang, pola hidup ini bisa saja membahayakan nyawa kamu loh yang tentunya berdampak gak hanya bagi kesehatan namun berdampak bagi psikis kamu juga loh!

1. Memicu timbulnya berbagai macam penyakit

Menurut Mahendra didalam buku "Tubuh Anda Cerminan Kesehatan Anda" (2010, h.74) dalam (Aruma Try K, 2018) Begadang dapat memicu timbulnya berbagai penyakit dan disebabkan oleh rusaknya sistem imun, tubuh juga perlu beristirahat. Apabila tidak beristirahat, organ-organ tidak dapat melakukan fungsinya dengan optimal. Sebuah penelitian yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal Chronobiology International menemukan bahwa orang yang sering begadang menjadi lebih rentan terhadap beberapa masalah kesehatan, termasuk diabetes, gangguan neurologis, penyakit psikologis, dan risiko kematian yang lebih tinggi

2. Sulit berkonsentrasi

Menurut Handoyo dalam buku Aplikasi Olah Nafas (2005, h.30) dalam (Aruma Try K, 2018) Begadang memang dapat menguras tenaga yang dapat membuat tubuh menjadi lemah. Saat lelah tubuh akan lebih terasa lebih mudah cepat pegal dan tubuh ingin cepat cepat beristirahat kembali. Maka dari itu rasa lelah inilah yang akan membuat sulit berkonsentrasi. kurangnya istirahat saat malam hari juga akan membuat tubuh merasa lelah akibat aktifitas yang dilakukan saat begadang.

3. Pelupa

Hal ini disebabkan karena ketika tidur, otak akan mengalami proses regenerasi sel yang berguna untuk memperkuat ingatan. Proses ini juga akan memindahkan ingatan dan memori ke bagian otak yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan memori jangka panjang. Nah regenerasi sel itu akan terhambat dengan aktivitas begadang. 

4. Tingkat kewaspadaan menurun

Selain itu, begadang juga bisa mengurangi kemampuan memperhatikan sesuatu serta tingkat kewaspadaan juga akan mengalami penurunan. Kesulitan fokus dapat berakibat pada kecelakaan saat berkendara atau bekerja. Kondisi ini tentunya sangatlah berbahaya.

5. Resiko kematian

Orang yang sering begadang dan tidur terlalu larut lebih berisiko terhadap kematian dini, demikian hasil studi baru di Inggris mengungkapkan.

How to achieve success in national examination


In the teaching and learning process we need media to assess the extent to which our ability to absorb and understand the material that our teacher has given. Media can be written, oral or practical. Examples of written examinations are national examinations.

According to KBBI, the National Examination is usually abbreviated as UN / UNAS is a system of evaluating national primary and secondary education standards and the equality of the quality of education levels between regions conducted by the Education Assessment Center.

The National Examination requires a long preparation in mastering the material that has been given. However, why are many students unsuccessful and experiencing many obstacles in facing national examinations?

The following tips to achieve success in national examination:
1. Discipline divides time
Sharing time is the main key to success in achieving all the dreams and ideals that you want. As students, we must be able to divide time both in terms of playing, resting, studying, and so on. However, the time to play must be reduced and added for teaching and learning activities.

2. Diligently study and reproduce practical questions
As students, we must study hard especially ahead of the national exam. Learning knows no place, learning can be done anywhere, provided that the place can make us comfortable. In teaching and learning activities we also need to added practice questions both from books and the internet because it can help us to be fluent in working on national exam questions later.

3. Following tutoring
At present there is a lot of tutoring in Jakarta and surrounding areas, those of you who want to focus and be serious about national examinations can take part in tutoring so that they can help you absorb the material given at your school.

4. Ask for the blessing of parents
Parental blessing is the most important thing because the blessings of parents can encourage us when we like or sad, especially the blessings of the mother. Day and night, surely our parents will always pray the best for their children. Therefore, don't forget to ask for your parents' blessing.
